Haïti: Le retour du foot au Parc de Pétion-Ville

Le ministère de la jeunesse, des sports et de l’Action civique en partenariat avec la mairie de Pétion-Ville ont organisé plusieurs matches de football au parc Sainte-Thérèse pour marquer le retour au parc des habitants de cette commune.
Près de 3000 personnes ont effectué le déplacement pour assister aux trois rencontres organisées à ce festival.
Chez les jeunes, la sélection des moins de 17 ans de l’Ecole Nationale des Talents Sportifs du MJSAC a dominé l’Académie de football Jacko Football Passion (4-0).
En football vétéran, l’équipe de la présidence a dû sortir le grand jeu pour tenir en échec (0-0) un adversaire plus rapide et plus solide qu’est la Mairie de Pétion-ville.
Le festival a pris fin avec la rencontre mettant aux prises, le Don Bosco de Pétion Ville et le club américain Fort Lauderdale Strikers. Les locaux ont battu (2-0) la formation américaine devant un public assoiffé de spectacle.
Ce Parc Ste Thérèse de Pétion Ville dont la mise en service a été ardemment souhaitée par les pétionvillois fait partie des 10 parcs et centres sportifs déjà inaugurés par le Président de la République, S.E.M. Michel Joseph Martelly, dans le cadre de son programme de construction et de réhabilitation d’infrastructures sportives dans toutes les communes des différents départements géographiques du pays.
